I included a picture of brass nipples cleaned using my unique cleaning process that took years to perfect - glass smooth with no missing. You end up with a nice looking, shiny brass sprinkler; however, I found that the glass bead removed small amounts of which pitted nipple and bearing. Glass beading not only does clean the most important part of sprinkler, inside, it makes sprinkler bearing less rebuild able next time due to damage. In that time, I have never run across an L2020 knew they existed but had one in my collection.

We completely disassembled these Rain Birds, replaced worn or broken brass parts, cleaned them in our unique cleaning process then installed new washers and gaskets.
